Naturally Clean was built around family. Before I was born, my parents wanted to get the house fresh and ready for my arrival, and that meant getting the carpets cleaned. What started as a simple item on their to-do list turned into a frustrating search for something that didn’t really exist yet: a carpet cleaning service that used safe, natural cleaners, dried quickly, and actually worked.

They’d tried renting equipment themselves, but stubborn spots would reappear and the carpets were left with residue that attracted more dirt. Professional cleaners weren’t the answer either — the harsh chemicals and 24-hour dry times didn’t work for our family with my older brother Aiden running around the house through his first Bend winter.

So my dad built what he couldn’t find. And now, years later, I get to run it.

Taking ownership of Naturally Clean means everything to me. This business was founded on the idea that Bend and Central Oregon families deserve a carpet cleaning option that’s better — safer for kids and pets, gentler on your home, and more effective than what the big companies offer. That mission hasn’t changed, and neither has the standard we hold ourselves to.
